Frank Chovitz, MS, LADC Owner

Frank has been working in the field of chemical
dependency and mental health for nearly 20 years, in
many different roles. He brings a great deal of experience
in the treatment of opiate dependency, both
chemically assisted and agonist free methodologies.
Having served in multiple Administrative capacities,
Frank has returned to his roots in the last two years,
which is providing caring, empathetic and innovative
direct care. He is equally adept in individual, group,
couples and family settings.
Theresa Clark, LMFT
Theresa is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, and
holds a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Theresa has worked for several years at Yale Psychiatric
Institute and Community Mental Health Affiliates,
Inc. Ms. Clark has experience with both individual
and group therapy, couples and family therapy and
Parenting education, and is a Certified Gestalt Therapist
She is a very knowledgeable,caring and empathetic therapist.
Julian Offsay, MD

Dr. Offsay has over 37 years of experience as a
Psychiatrist, and is also Board Certified as an Addiction
and Geriatric Psychiatrist. He received his
Undergraduate BS in 1964 from the City College of
New York, and his Medical degree from SUNY in
1968. Dr. Offsay did his medical residency at the VA
Hospital in Brooklyn, NY, and his Psychiatric Residency
at the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY.
